Councilor Leah Harper
"I am a fulltime homeschooling mom and
retired Navy wife. I am originally from the Evansville, IN.
I have a degree in Marketing from Indiana State University.
After marrying my wonderful husband Chris, we lived all over the
country but now consider Oregon home. I think Lafayette is a
wonderful town with a lot of potential and great people. I have a
desire to see this city prosper and become a place where community
is what we are all about, where citizen input is encouraged and
valued. I believe great things are in store for this city’s
future and together we can make it happen."
