You can make a report 3 different ways:

1) use the "Virtual City Hall" page on our website, which can be found here: https://www.ci.lafayette.or.us/our_lafayette

2) download the "OurLafayette" app, which will also add the complaint location to a map automatically. More information on the app, including download links, can be found here: OurLafayette

3) call City Hall at 503-864-2451 and ask to speak to the Code Enforcement Officer.
