Consumer Confidence Reports

Access to safe drinking water is essential to human health. Each person requires at least 20 to 50 liters of clean, safe water a day for drinking, cooking, and simply keeping themselves clean. According to Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 333-061-0043, all community water systems are required to submit an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) to their customers. Reports cover the previous calendar year and are delivered to water customers by July 1st of each year.  The City of Lafayette provides the report to customers with their utility bills; copies are also available at City Hall and on this webiste.
