Duties and Responsibilities:

This position has shared responsibility for front counter cashier, reception duties, and backup secretarial services for utilities and other departments.  This position also maintains all Planning and Building files, and coordinates with the contracted City Planner and Building Official.  This position requires independent judgment, interpretation and analysis, and interaction with the public on a daily basis.

Desirable Training and Experience:

 Applicant must possess a high school diploma or a GED, a valid Oregon driver’s license and experience in permit processes is preferred.
