Jessica A. Kitt grew up in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California with her brother and parents. Leaving California behind in 2005, she attended the Art Institute of Portland to study animation, history, anthropology, art, and healthcare. She then moved to McMinnville where she lived for 10 years raising her two spirited daughters. Three years ago, she moved to the lovely city of Lafayette.
She has found joy working in the healthcare community in Yamhill County for the past five years in long-term care, hospice, and Internal Medicine.
Drawing inspiration from her grandmother Loretta M. Kitt, Jessica has volunteered for a variety of community activities including reading to kindergarteners, reshelving books at the library, sitting on patient councils, and Board of Directors for Virginia Garcia, along with joining LCAT, and coaching several seasons of soccer with her best friend Heather.
She looks forward to serving the community of Lafayette.
Councilor Kitt's unexpired term ends December 31, 2028.
